Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our Client Finance Team, you will provide administrative support and assist in the processing of financial assessment forms and client-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to Client Finance Teams, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the processing of financial assessment forms and other client-related information.
  • Have a working knowledge of current Adult Social Care Charging regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Deal with letters and correspondence received within the Client Finance Team, both in writing and electronically.
  • Work with high volumes of client information and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current Adult Social Care Charging regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
