Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to general administrative duties and housing management tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided. However, a 'can-do approach,' person-centred values, energy, and commitment are essential.
  • A strong work ethic and duty of care are required, with the ability to contribute to a positive, team-oriented approach.
