Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager Europe

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand, portfolio, and activation agendas within the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of EU EVP GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with centrally led EVP strategy.
  • Collaborate with cluster marketing leads and central marketing teams to co-create EVP portfolio/brand strategy.
  • Support clusters in creating brand plans and lead MEP, ensuring consumer-centric initiative plans that support brand targets.
  • Identify and drive best practices to be shared across EVP EU markets.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in brand and activation management roles in a global FMCG organization.
  • Senior leadership experience in cluster or markets.
  • Experience in launching new and innovative products in markets.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
