Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Currie & Brown Group Limited. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering quantity surveying services, including preparing cost plans and tender documents, handling contract administration, sub-letting, and preparing and negotiating final accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate tender strategies and conduct tender analysis to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Monitor cash flow and certify payment and variation to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
- Lead and coach junior staff to develop their skills and expertise in quantity surveying.
- Attend site inspections and client meetings to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a global construction consultancy.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
