Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on an exciting new project. Industrial and ground work experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Preparation and negotiation of final accounts.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
- Industrial and ground work experience.
- Track record of working for a main contractor or similar size.
- Excellent IT skills across Microsoft suites.
- Salary up to £65k and package.
- A solid pipeline of work throughout multiple sectors.
- Personal development plans and career progression.
