Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Brighton. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial aspects of our residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets for our projects, ensuring accurate cost control and financial reporting.
- Produce quarterly valuations and complete on-site measurements to assess payments to contractors.
- Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Identify potential cost overruns and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Hold a HND or higher qualification in a relevant field, with a valid CSCS card.
- Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or surveyor with a residential house builder.
- Be highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail and ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Be methodical, conscientious, and organized, with a focus on delivering high standards.
