Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Brighton. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial aspects of our residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce detailed budgets and site start budgets to ensure accurate cost control.
- Prepare quarterly valuations to monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
- Conduct on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Hold a HND level or higher qualification in a relevant field and possess a valid CSCS card.
- Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or surveyor with a residential house builder.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Have excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail, and ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Be methodical, conscientious, and organized with a focus on delivering high standards.
