About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Experiences Programme Manager. As a key member of our Experience and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality visitor experiences at our wetland sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance visitor experiences, including the creation of engaging and interactive programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with site teams, central departments, and external partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience.
  • Lead the development of resources, including best practice guides and inspiration packs, to support site teams in delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Oversee the management of our creative database and research creative partnerships to drive innovation and excellence in visitor experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our colleagues, including the Experiences Academy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality visitor experiences, with a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience in managing and developing resources, including best practice guides and inspiration packs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
