Your responsibilities
You will be instrumental in mapping and managing talent pools for specific skill shortages and talent gaps. Your primary duty will be sourcing passive candidates through various channels, ensuring the quality and diversity of the talent pools align with our long-term talent strategies and inclusion objectives. You will leverage platforms such as LinkedIn to build and maintain strong relationships with the external talent market, pre-engaging potential candidates in line with our brand values and employee value proposition. Furthermore, you will conduct market analysis to gather insights from key competitors and external trends, creating talent pools of prospective candidates based on demand. Throughout the recruitment process, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support the broader recruitment team, and uphold a positive employer brand. As a Talent Acquisition Research Specialist, you will exhibit a passion for candidate sourcing, networking, and service delivery, while remaining current with new innovations in attraction methodologies.

You are an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for sourcing exceptional talent and building robust relationships in the external talent market. With a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and a commitment to staying updated on new attraction methodologies, you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise in market analysis and talent pooling, combined with your excellent judgement and collaborative spirit, enables you to identify and engage with passive candidates who align with our long-term talent pipelines and diversity and inclusion objectives. With a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and a focus on achieving business goals, you play a crucial role in supporting the wider recruitment team and ensuring the overall success of our talent acquisition strategy.

Essentials

Proven recruitment experience and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Analysis. A strong enthusiasm for candidate sourcing, networking, and service delivery. Knowledge and experience in utilizing resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate/talent pools across various sectors. Ambition to enhance knowledge and commercial awareness while keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies. Excellent judgement and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Confidence in engaging with candidates while demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all approaches.
