Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us expand our US branch. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the White-Collar Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
