About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing high-calibre Recruitment Consultants to join PageGroup. This role will involve developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and combining quality recruitment skills with a proactive and rigorous approach to sourcing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Combine quality recruitment skills with a proactive and rigorous approach to sourcing talent
  • Ensure the recruitment process is adhered to, ensuring an objective and non-bias outcome is always achieved
  • Upskill the business in best practice, where needed
  • Ensure the fair assessment process is documented, and all relevant tools are updated as necessary
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • Embed themselves in their business partner area, regularly updating with stakeholders to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is up to date with any business changes and on top of hiring requirements
Requirements
  • Proven track record in internal or agency recruitment
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management at all levels
  • Track record in relationship management
  • Ideally, have a track record in hiring recruiters or sales/commercial professionals
  • Self-starter
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel when needed
