What you'll do
You will be instrumental in identifying and managing talent pools for specific skill shortages and gaps. Proven recruitment experience and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Analysis. Starting with colleague discounts, you will enjoy 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU, and Habitat after four weeks. You may also be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 5% of your salary, contingent on our performance.
