Your responsibilities
You will be instrumental in identifying and managing talent pools for specific skill shortages and gaps. Key qualifications
Essential:
- Proven recruitment experience and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Analysis.
- A strong passion for candidate sourcing, networking, and service excellence.
- Familiarity with resourcing technologies and social networking for building candidate/talent pools across various sectors.
- Eagerness to enhance knowledge and commercial insight while keeping up with new innovations in attraction methodologies.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Confidence in engaging with candidates, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all approaches.
- Advocating for recruitment processes and sharing expertise with others.

Starting with colleague discounts, you will enjoy 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU, and Habitat after a brief period. This increases to 15% off at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday, as well as 15% off at Argos on paydays. We also prioritize your future with our pension scheme and life cover. You may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 5% of your salary, depending on our overall performance.

We understand the importance of significant life moments, which is why we provide up to 26 weeks' pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks' pay for paternity leave.
