Your role as a Maintenance Planner:

As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, Maintenance Planners are integral to our planning operations for field-based installation teams. Each day presents unique challenges. You will serve as the primary contact for both colleagues and clients, orchestrating and scheduling daily tasks for our installation and maintenance personnel. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch customer care. By adhering to established timelines, you will utilize a variety of innovative technologies to facilitate your work. Collaboration with various departments is essential, and your input for process improvements is both welcomed and encouraged. Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills, whether via phone, email, in-person, or web chat, with the ability to forge effective business relationships with stakeholders.

* Background in administration, CRM systems, MS Office (including Excel), customer service, or contact center environments.

* Adaptability to support team members and manage shifting priorities to meet collective objectives.
