As a key member of our customer service and field operations team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, supporting them with outstanding customer care, and ensuring our teams work to agreed timescales.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of innovative technology and collaborate with colleagues across the business. Your suggestions to improve processes are encouraged and welcomed, and you will be part of a supportive team that is passionate about delivering customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams
  • Building strong relationships with customers and supporting them with outstanding customer care
  • Ensuring our teams work to agreed timescales
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting improvements
