Job Summary

Moriati Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced AV Account Director to lead our client's media agency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning and Team Management
    • Work closely with the communications planning team to develop audience insight and strategic plans that meet client objectives.
    • Oversee the planning of all AV campaigns and ensure they are delivered in line with set KPIs.
    • Negotiate and liaise with media owners and sales houses to secure the best possible deals.
    • Lead and motivate a team of AV planners and buyers to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Demonstrate an approachable leadership style while supporting and developing team members.
    • Set clear career path goals and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track and supply audit data and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an AV Planner/Buyer role at a media agency, with a strong track record of success.
  • Multi-media understanding and 360 knowledge across all AV channels, including TV, Addressable TV, BVOD, Cinema, and Radio.
  • Passion for the UK TV marketplace and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships.
