Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited.

Job Summary:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver safe and effective care, ensuring the children's physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care in line with the child's Education, Health and Care plan (EHC plan)
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage and support children to participate in educational and recreational activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a complex care setting
  • Experience in moving and handling
  • Experience in tracheostomy & gastrostomy care
  • Experience of looking after a ventilated child
