About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and invasive ventilation.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
