Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Psychiatry UK. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety across our online psychiatry services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective patient safety frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Champion and raise awareness of the benefits of effective governance and implement strategies to increase staff knowledge of quality processes and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Executive Team and Board to coordinate and provide leadership for the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety.
- Enhance and strengthen the organization-wide quality improvement program in line with the Psychiatry UK corporate vision, governance framework, and operational plan.
- Ensure that all aspects of the CQC regulatory requirements are in place across all clinical services and are responsible for ensuring that all outcomes from inspections are addressed.
- Take a leadership role in regard to the Psychiatry UK response and implementation of recommendations from external reviews and inquiries.
- Responsible for structuring, managing, and developing the Risk, Safety, Governance, and Quality teams.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of risk management, governance, and patient/carer collaboration within a regulated environment.
- Experience in leading large-scale operational delivery of clinical services that realize quality, resource, and delivery benefits.
- Experience in a private sector healthcare provider.
- Master's level qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable ability to evidence KPI outcomes through quality metrics from a variety of sources, including patient data, workforce information, resource, and quality data.
