Quality Assurance Manager

As part of their ongoing growth, RRxCo.™ is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for GDP adherence and collaborate with the Responsible Person (RP).
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System (QMS), overseeing updates to the Quality Manual, and tracking Wholesale Distribution Authorisations (WDAs). Additionally, they will handle regulatory agency interactions, audits, and recall operations while driving a comprehensive compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for Quality Assurance oversight in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Update, improve, and maintain the Quality Management System, including the Quality Manual, SOPs, Templates, and work instructions.
- Manage and ensure quality documents are in place and meeting requirements for all required parties.
- Coordinate and support Supplier Assurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure the business is kept in a regulatory-ready state at all times.
- Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for regulatory authorities and third parties during audits and inspections.
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program that aligns to the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
