Anaesthetic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic Main Theatres and Day Surgery department at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an Anaesthetic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of senior staff, including implementing basic and complex healthcare practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues, and contribute to team discussions.
- Utilize resources effectively, delegate tasks to junior staff, and participate in policy development and quality audits.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, identify risks, and update clinical skills for ongoing professional development.
- Participate in training and adhere to health and safety policies.
Our department boasts 12 cutting-edge operating theatres, including 8 in the main theatre and 4 in the Day Surgery Unit. We offer a diverse range of specialties, including urology, general surgery, upper GI, breast, gynaecology, paediatrics, ENT, oral, plastic, ophthalmology, trauma & orthopaedics, CEPOD, and bariatric surgeries.
