Customer Service Sales Representative

Our dedicated trade counter team plays a vital role in assisting a diverse clientele with their requests for parts and systems, managing order dispatches, and addressing inquiries through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Key Responsibilities: Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients.
In this position, your main duties will encompass processing sales orders and returns, generating quotations, and providing technical guidance to customers. The role involves a balance of direct customer engagement and administrative tasks, necessitating comfort with various forms of communication. We seek an individual with a proactive and capable demeanor, who is also adept at liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and keeping customers informed about pricing and availability.
Furthermore, we value teamwork and collaboration. We are looking for someone who is a true team player, willing to assist colleagues, particularly during peak periods.
Work Schedule: 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 3pm Friday (31 hours per week)
Required Qualifications: Your Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in computer applications
