Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual with outstanding organizational capabilities and a passion for providing top-notch assistance to join our team as a Business Services Co-ordinator.
Due to the responsibilities of this position, a valid UK driving license is essential.
Weekend work will be required on a rotational basis.

Work Environment

In this role, you will report to the property operations manager and collaborate with department leaders across various sectors including Welcome, Gardens, Rangers, Collections, and Programming.

This position is based at a prominent estate that features visitor amenities at multiple locations. Our visitor attendance has significantly increased in recent years, making us one of the most frequented sites in the region.



Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to support daily operations, utilizing a range of IT tools while working in a fast-paced team environment. Your duties will encompass various support services such as financial reporting, volunteer coordination, compliance documentation, and the creation of signage and interpretative materials. You will also manage the financial processes associated with our parking facilities. As a vital member of the team, your involvement will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional experience for our visitors.

In addition, you will supervise a small team of facilities assistants, ensuring that our operational processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also participate in a duty management rotation, confidently addressing property-related issues as they arise. This will involve traveling between sites to handle various emergencies.

  • Relevant experience in a business support capacity, including facilities or office management responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
