Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus bonus package
