About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
