About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Specialist to join our team as a Waking Night Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including monitoring Sp02, Bipap, manual handling, and medication administration.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
