- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition, including seizures, medication side effects, and other health concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Experience working with clients with complex needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic life support training, including CPR and first aid.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
