Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom.
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns or changes to the Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Experience in caring for individuals with complex needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration, including emergency procedures.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely, with manual handling skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
