- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Support our Person-Centred approach by encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their individual aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in care work or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Able to work flexibly, including occasional hours, to meet the needs of our service users.
