Job Title: Senior Regional Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Director to lead our operations in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering our vision, core purpose, and objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Plan for Northern Ireland, focusing on member engagement, knowledge sharing, and infrastructure policy and external affairs.
- Oversee the delivery of regional events and activities, ensuring they are high-quality and meet member needs.
- Progress and implement professional development plans for RST staff.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Experience in project management and event delivery.
