Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Single Point of Contact Advisor to join our team at Humankind. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our service users.

About the Role

The Single Point of Contact Advisor will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, gathering accurate information from individuals, and directing them to the correct element of our service. You will work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all calls coming into the service, including screening enquiries, prescribing queries, and booking appointments via electronic diary management.
  • Gather accurate information from individuals contacting the SPOC using excellent communication skills.
  • Complete triages and work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who has experience of working with vulnerable people and the issues facing those who misuse substances. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes. A GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) is also required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £26,000 (pro rata'd to 23.5 hours) and a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
