Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Lexham Insurance in Thetford. As a key member of our office-based team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through the process of purchasing motorcycle insurance, and ensuring they receive the best quote and policy to suit their needs.

About the Role
  • Working in a busy and dynamic environment, you will be handling customer calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will be working closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your role will be critical in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £26,000pa, with additional commissions and benefits on top.
