We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our team at Tata Technologies. As a key member of our Digital Enterprise Solutions Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical architecture and solution design for our clients.

About the Role

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the overall technical architecture and solution design across our clients' OneApp programme. You will work closely with business and digital delivery teams, acting as the primary Solution Architecture contact and engaging with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality, fit-for-purpose solution designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide technology consultancy to business and digital colleagues working within the OneApp programme.
  • Design leadership to solution architects working within delivery teams and associated products.
  • Contribute to the team's architecture input into clients' Digital strategy by assisting in translating business strategies and priorities into Target State Architectures.
  • Ensure compliance with clients' reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
  • Represent the programme designs to Design Authorities and demonstrate fitness for purpose and compliance.
  • Act as the lead technology consultant for OneApp, driving towards re-use and removal of tech debt.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to reach consensus on best practice designs and approaches.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure solution compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery of customer-facing mobile app solutions and platforms.
  • Experience in mobile content API, Microservices, Kafka event streaming, and app push notification.
  • Salesforce experience in order tracking, customer profile, consent management, and marketing cloud.
  • Strong exposure to both waterfall-based and agile/scrum-based methodologies.
  • Relevant and current software development/engineering experience skills covering all aspects, including security and privacy aspects.
  • Good understanding of best practices for development of security standards compliant systems.
  • Strong exposure to application performance testing and optimisation.
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of pragmatic solutions that balance project/programme constraints against strategic direction.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, analyse data and information, and develop and deliver appropriate, innovative, and effective solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience as a practitioner in the role of Solution Architect.
