About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at CH&CO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our busy staff restaurant, providing breakfast and lunch services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff to provide excellent quality and consistency in all aspects of food service, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we meet our financial targets and deliver value to our clients.
