  • Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Culinary Skills: Possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety Certification: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
