The Role

  • Work within an administration team to provide exceptional service to members and clients regarding DB and DC pension schemes.
  • In collaboration with the Team Leader, ensure that service level agreements and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical matters and complex cases.
  • Review and validate the work of junior associates, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and mentor junior associates, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Contribute to complex projects and initiatives, including complaint resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and communicate findings to the Team Leader.
  • Meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
