Outbound Sales Executive Job Description

Role: Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Birmingham City Centre / Some hybrid working flexibility after training
Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour depending on experience (plus commission)

We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at RecRight Ltd. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be pivotal to the success of our business, a leading telemarketing service based in Birmingham City Centre. With more than two decades in the industry, we have experienced unrivalled success and have many retained clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, promoting our clients' products and services.
  2. Qualify leads to understand business needs, challenges, and their decision-making processes.
  3. Schedule meetings for our clients' sales teams to attend and close the sale.
  4. Ensure all data and information taken from calls is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales development, preferably from an outbound perspective.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Ability to articulate clearly and keep a prospective client engaged.
  4. Good IT skills.
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits:

Following a temporary contract, there is a possibility that the role will become permanent. Here you can expect a competitive salary of up to £26,000 plus a performance-based commission structure. While working in a friendly and laid-back environment, you will also be supported by regular and ongoing training and development and will have opportunities to advance your career within the business.
