Sales Development Representative

About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
