Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Coordinating property valuations and listings to maximize sales potential
  • Effectively marketing properties to buyers and tenants
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, buyers, and vendors to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Dealing with financial and legal matters related to the sales process
  • Guiding buyers and vendors through the sales process from agreement to completion
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Target-driven and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage but not essential
