About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Administration Manager to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Cash Administration team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring the smooth processing of client accounts and the timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring that all governance activities are conducted in accordance with standard operating control policy.
  • Work closely with the senior line manager to ensure that all market, internal, and client escalation queries are handled in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide analytical support in new client onboarding, ensuring that all aspects of the team's activities are considered as part of the onboarding process.
  • Participate in BUAT/CUAT/Parallel testing and other specific tasks required for client conversion.
Requirements
  • 10 years of asset management operational experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
