About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Administration Manager to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Cash Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring that all governance activities are conducted in accordance with standard operating control policy.
  • Oversee the production of daily accounts review results and ensure that all market, internal, and client escalation queries are handled in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide analytical support for new client onboarding, ensuring that all aspects of the team's activities are considered as part of the onboarding process.
  • Participate in BUAT/CUAT/Parallel testing and other specific tasks required for client conversion.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, ensuring that they are motivated, developed, and supported.
  • Establish and monitor systems of control, delegated authority, and escalation procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
  • 10 years of asset management operational experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify data or account trends for discussion in group meetings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all IMS teams (Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, Performance).
  • Ability to remain familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise.
  • Flexibility in working outside of responsibilities and areas of expertise.
