Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at IT Human Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying top-tier ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new business needs and determine the most effective technical implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with engagement leaders, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers to steer the design from inception through implementation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to risk management and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience and platform knowledge with a track record of delivering advisory services to a wide scope of areas such as banking, insurance, and public sector clients.
  • Must be experienced in the overall ServiceNow platform with key skills around CSDM/CMDB.
  • Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite.
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
  • Strong expertise in Scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
  • Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
  • Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments.
  • Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches.
