Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

Location: Bradford - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £28,000

Our client, a renowned manufacturer of greeting cards, is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support their planning, trading, and forecasting efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing events and trade calendar ranges
  • Delivering regular customer reporting requirements
  • Analyzing store performance
  • Evaluating financial, external, and customer factors to ensure accurate reporting
  • Suggesting actions to maximize sales, profit, and store performance
  • Providing trading analysis for review
  • Collaborating with the product team to ensure an optimal product range

You will be an excellent Excel user, able to analyze data and identify commercial insights. Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or supply chain background is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are crucial. You must be able to demonstrate commercial thinking to influence key stakeholders and drive profit growth.
