As the Regional Sales Leader, you will be accountable for a designated territory, developing profound knowledge of your assigned markets. You will utilize this expertise to achieve business objectives within your region. Your role will involve leading, establishing, and monitoring quality control measures, service level agreements (SLAs), and territory-specific operational practices, while also spearheading territory-focused projects. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment, training, and development of your team, ensuring that territory-specific operational procedures are documented and updated. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining operational standards and procedures for your area.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Ensure departmental KPIs and objectives are met within your specialization. Supervise team members and make impactful decisions regarding project phases. Identify opportunities for toolkit and process enhancements, recommending changes to the Dictionary Manager. Stay informed about evolving practices within your specialty and take charge of your professional development. Collaborate with the Dictionary Manager to inform team resource planning. Assist in creating job specifications and participating in the recruitment process for team members. Lead training initiatives for team members.
