As the Regional Sales Leader, you will be accountable for a designated territory, developing profound knowledge of your assigned markets. You will utilize this expertise to achieve business objectives within your region. Your role will involve leading, establishing, and monitoring quality control measures, service level agreements (SLAs), and territory-specific operational practices, while also spearheading territory-focused projects. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment, training, and development of your team, ensuring that territory-specific operational procedures are documented and updated. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining operational standards and procedures for your area.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Ensure departmental KPIs and objectives are met within your specialization. Supervise team members and make impactful decisions regarding project phases. Identify opportunities for toolkit and process enhancements, recommending changes to the Dictionary Manager. Stay informed about evolving practices within your specialty and take charge of your professional development. Collaborate with the Dictionary Manager to inform team resource planning. Assist in creating job specifications and participating in the recruitment process for team members. Lead training initiatives for team members. Proactively identify and negotiate development opportunities for yourself and your team. Contribute to fostering a positive team culture and enhancing employee engagement. Work with the Dictionary Manager and HR to address HR issues as they arise within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Exhibit effective communication skills. Engage with and influence colleagues. Maintain working-level contact with customers, suppliers, and partners. Address and resolve internal client inquiries. Ensure all relevant process documentation within your territory is current and complete. Develop and deliver stakeholder education and training materials with support. Guarantee information flow adheres to departmental standards. Understand and collaborate on stakeholder needs analysis, reflecting this in your work.

Service Excellence

Cultivate a customer-first mindset within your team. Ensure compliance with departmental quality standards within your territory team. Provide specialist expertise to help define quality standards associated with departmental processes, practices, products, and services. Ensure service delivery within your territory team meets established service levels. Monitor service delivery performance metrics and maintain relevant records. Analyze service delivery performance to identify necessary actions for maintaining or improving service levels; initiate and report on improvement initiatives. Initiate and oversee actions to investigate and resolve issues in systems, processes, and services. Employ an analytical and systematic approach to problem resolution. Determine solutions and collaborate with others to implement agreed remedies and preventative measures. Ensure compliance with policies related to data integrity and security within your specialization.
