Regional Manager Opportunity with Community Integrated Care

We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join our team at Community Integrated Care, an award-winning charity dedicated to enriching the lives of people with various care needs. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced leader who can manage multiple services and people effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to 6 Service Leaders responsible for 11 Services across Stockport
  • Play a key role in the region's growth plans and develop Community Integrated Care's presence as a leading provider
  • Ensure operational and financial performance of allocated services, complying with statutory and contractual requirements
  • Contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Medication L3 Training
  • Deep understanding of person-centred care
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in complex care, managing budgets, and leading teams
