About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Policy and Improvement Officer to join our regional team. As a key member of the North West Association of Directors of Children's Services (NWADCS), you will work closely with local authorities, providers, and other partners to identify, evaluate, and share good and emerging practice across the sector.

As a Policy and Improvement Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering an evidence-based and research-informed sector-led improvement model, creating opportunities to improve outcomes for children across the North West. You will work independently, managing competing priorities and a changing workload, and build working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and partners.
