About the Role

The Policy and Improvement Officer will work closely with local authorities, providers, and other partners to identify, evaluate, and share good and emerging practice across the children’s services sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our regional team and contribute to the delivery of an evidence-based and research-informed sector-led improvement model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to new policy developments and improve commissioning and delivery of children’s services
  • Identify, evaluate, and share good and emerging practice across the sector
  • Work with local authorities, providers, and other partners to deliver sector-led improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
