About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist Children's Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist occupational therapy services to children with complex physical health difficulties.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert advice on occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Supervise and educate students and junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience of working with children with complex physical health difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
