We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to join our Electrical Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and coordination of all projects, systems, and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Resource Plans: Coordinate and maintain resource plans for equipment, including HIL test rigs, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Administration of Schedule Plans: Administer schedule plans for work by the Electrical manufacturing teams, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Maintenance of Systems of Work: Maintain, administer, and police systems of work for critical documentation, including Software Releases, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Development of Test Equipment and Support Tools: Maintain plans and schedules for the development of test equipment and support tools, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Software Release Process Documentation: Ensure that software release process documentation is delivered and up to date, meeting project milestones.
  • Customer Order Management: Manage customer orders for electrical/electronic components, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Issue Escalation and Communication: Escalate issues, process deviations, and resource constraints, ensuring they are tracked and communicated within the team.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: Ensure confidentiality is maintained, for all aspects of this job role, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Programme Delivery: Proven experience of working in a programme delivery environment, with a focus on project management and coordination.
  • Maintenance of Timing and Cost Plans: Essential maintenance of timing and cost plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness is essential, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Microsoft Office and Project Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and preferably Project, with the ability to create and manage project schedules and resource plans.
