Job Description

Williams Advanced Engineering is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our Electrical Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and coordination of all projects, systems, and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain resource plans for equipment, including HIL test rigs.
  • Administer schedule plans for work by the Electrical manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain, administer, and police systems of work for critical documentation, including Software Releases.
  • Maintain plans and schedules for the development of test equipment and support tools.
  • Ensure that software release process documentation is delivered and up-to-date.
  • Manage customer orders for electrical/electronic components.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues, process deviations, and resource constraints, ensuring they are tracked and communicated within the team.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all aspects of this role.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a programme delivery environment.
  • Maintenance of timing and cost plans is essential.
  • Commercial awareness is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and preferably Project is essential.
